Allow Colony manger to set the harvest tag for field crops

**Problem description**
I woud like to be able to controll recorces that tan be farmed on a field.
**Describe the solution**
I am using the mod Smart Farming Continued witch separates the growing job into seperate sowing and harvesting tasks. With this Colony manager coud trigger the harvest task like alredy implemented in the foraging automation
