Right now, image overlays can be created, but not hidden/shown, clicked, or
removed. This will probably require an ImageOverlay class similar to Marker and
Polygon - it can be pretty simple, but will need a bit of work in Mapstraction.
Until it's in there, my placemark tests won't pass :(.
