Verification/WUI/part_drag_profile is not documented

I converted part_drag_profile.m to python and put it at the end of fluid_part.py because both scripts used another script called read_prt5.m which is now a function in fluid_part.py. The part_drag_profile script does not appear to have a write up. The converted script also produces an error that I cannot figure out.
