Scheduled retractions of recommendations & advisories #248
Description
An idea that we could adopt from Bluesky's moderation infrastructure is the ability to set an expiry date for a moderation decision, so in FIRES that may look something like "this recommendation is valid until this date".
We could add in a scheduler to automatically issue retractions upon expiry of a recommendation or advisory. This would help moderators who need to share data about ephemeral events.
