Creating environment from yml file creates cpu only installations of torch etc.

Hello! Wonderful package. I just followed the installation files but running sample.py was taking me forever. I saw no memory used up on my GPU, and saw this when I ran conda list. I think why cpu only packages are being installed has to do with conda - I am about to try by either installing the packages manually since they are so few or using pip.

Yes same, this is weird. Did you find what was the reason? I have to reinstall them manually.
