`alm-tree-list` should have a larger click area for expand/collapse

it seems you must hit the > character pretty accurately to expand/collapse. I wonder if we should allow the entire title to be clicked as well to expand/collapse?

e.g. on the Environments page on the fabric8-ui I often click on Deployments and nothing happens and I think the UI is borked ;) - turns out you can only click the > which I find easy to miss

This uses the same toggle from the Patternfly list view component, et al. I agree that the clickable area is a little small, but wouldn't want to modify this differently than other components. Perhaps we can bring this up as a generic issue in Patternfly?

ok - FWIW we moved away from the tree widget to tabs which are much easier to click on for the Environments page.
