Change axis widget for a more modern version

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
F3D is using the traditional VTK axis widget, but there is a more modern one in VTK, lets switch to that.

Describe the solution you'd like

• replace vtkAxisWidget by vtkCameraOrientationWidget
• Check if backdrop is natively supported
• Update baselines
