Does not work at all

I've installed and tried to generate a subtitle for a movie that have audio in english and want subtitle in romanian but it only do this :

And i've waited a lot but nothing happend

1hour and 46 minutes. But i've waited like 3 hours or so and still the same message.

It seems that it's working but not what i expected . I put a smaller video and did the command to translate in romanian from english but it generate english subtitle instead of romanian :
