Keeping TBE and bootstrap/UFBootstrap on output tree

Hi!
Just wondering if it would be possible to keep both Bootstrap and TBE values on the final tree? I've been "combining" them with python scripts, but it would be awesome to have a flag for this automatically (or maybe there already is and I missed it).
