Hide legacy commands in EP CLI (#371)

* Disable several command parsers in cli.py, including 'preview', 'deploy', 'deploy-mcp', 'agent-eval', and 'run', to streamline functionality. Comments added to indicate the disabled sections for potential future re-enablement.
