This is a follow-up to the tests-benchmark@v0.0.9 release, and targets a base of bal-devnet-7 via forks/amsterdam. Requires #2912 to be completed.

Proposed Scope

These PRs will all be merged to forks/amsterdam, which tests-benchmark@v0.0.9 will be tagged from.

Current Test Failures

As this release targets Amsterdam with all the EIPs included in bal-devnet-7, there are many failures yet to be fixed within the benchmark tests and framework via interactions mainly with EIP-8037 and EIP-7778.

These tests can currently be fixed on top of the devnets/bal/7 or we can wait for #2912 to be completed first, and then fix these on top of forks/amsterdam.

Transition Tool Support

This release aims to be up to spec with bal-devnet-7 thus requires a t8n from a client also up to this spec. Please fill the tests with either of the following client tools:
