ESP32-P4 YUV 4:2:2/YUYV Support? (AUD-5662)

I was wondering if this component supports encoding YUV 4:2:2 and/or YUYV formatted video on the ESP32-P4 using the hardware encoder.

@shraiwi Currently, hardware encoding for YUV422 is not supported. It is planned to add it. In which scenario does your plan use hardware coding? Currently, PPA supports hardware color conversion. esp_image_effects supports software color conversion.
If you can only encode with the pictures of YUV422, it is recommended that you add the PPA (esp_image_effects) module in front of it. If you use our cam+isp, etc. All of these support the formats ESP_H264_RAW_FMT_O_UYY_E_VYY.
