I'll move my .md text doc over to your tool_interperate.md file. I'm not sure adding the .Rmd file to the wgfast repo would be useful - I think it'll get lost in all the other files an cause confusion. I'll add a link in the R section to the .Rmd file in my repo. Does that sound good?
