When clicking the three vertical dots next to a file in a repo, where the file has always finished syncing, and picking "Download" on a file of about 230 MB in size, the download took about 8 mins meaning that the speed was about 4 Mbps.
That's surprisingly slow for something happening entirely on the local device.
