remove summary heatmaps for adj.p and effect size and only use bubble heatmap(s) summaries

Consider removing the summary heatmaps and only do bubble heatmap(s)?
I personally, only use the summary bubble heatmap and think the other heatmaps are mostly a distraction.
In the spirit of less is more (simplify!), I would be happy to discuss the removal of this feature.

Check if '_sig.csv' used anywhere and remove as well as it is simply a subset of '_all.csv' ie redundant and confusing

Maybe even remove _sig.csv if used and replace with _all ie internally subset.

PS: feel encouraged to drastically refactor this script, as it has grown over time, when features were added, into somewhat of a Frankenstein script. Make sure to test for all cases, i.e., different inputs and tools.
