Starfish asset referenced outside of Stella StoryQuest

Description

The asset res://scenes/quests/story_quests/stella/2_stella_combat/stella_combat_components/stella_projectile_starfish.png is referenced by dev_archipelago.tscn. The StoryQuest Kit trims all the existing StoryQuests, but the archipelago is still included. The archipelago then references an asset that no longer exists (which throws an error).

Move the starfish png out of the Stella StoryQuest and into the common assets folder.
