1. Reformat main menu to show six boxes - first and last with text only
2. permanent text rather than only on mouse over
3. on mouseover, highlight the box, but don't fade it's brightness. Yellow border!
4. no french. Change to Swahili. (SW)
5. organise subfolders for languages in each section
6. (Yngve) to check for special characters
7. Hamburger menu for mobile only. Desktop shows menu all the time.

• menu should always be visible despite scroll position of page.
• page is usable when menu is out.

8. Main 'title' names e.g. 'Vision' , 'Hearing' etc. should be visible at top of the menu always.
9. Current section is showed in side menu as bold

• remove black stripe and text from title image on subsection pages

10. Slidehow - put text and shadow box below image, not overlaid

** Very important to test universal design / accessibility with these changes.
** Test screen reader with Jaws and iPad too

** Test on browsers - IE is prominent.
