Short events are not reported via MQTT

Hi!
Added a bunch of history graphs on HA dashboard to monitor the boiler operation and discovered that f.e. 'Ignition' events are missing most of the time. I think that such short events shall be updated on change, not by time interval, or at least shall be buffered for sending on time interval.

if you set Boiler to 0 does it help?
