Is there a release plan when new version are published to crates.io?

I am wondering when the current main branch is going to be published next to crates.io. Are there regular pushes of new releases to crates.io? If yes, what is the frequency and if no, when is the next push to crates.io planned?

Background to the question: the current main branch of egui/eframe has a dependency to wgpu version 25.0.0, which fixes a CVE rated as 9.8/10. Due to the CVE open on wgpu in versions <25.0.0, some users can't use egui/eframe and need to wait for the latest main to be published to crates.io.
