I have successfully implemented all four optimization tasks with comprehensive functionality, security enhancements, and full test coverage:

Implementation: TrustlineSignatureVerifier class in trustline-manager.js

- Enhanced Ed25519 Signature Verification: Uses Stellar SDK for cryptographic verification

- Redis-backed Distributed Rate Limiting: Uses

- Exponential Backoff Retry Logic: Base 1000ms × 2^(attempt-1) with jitter (±25%)
- Circuit Breaker Pattern: Opens after 5 consecutive failures, 30-second timeout
- Intelligent Error Classification: Network, rate limit, server, client, and trustline-specific errors
- Priority-based Retry Delays: High priority (network) → Medium (server) → Low (rate limits)

- Retryable: Network errors (high priority), server errors (medium), rate limits (low)
- Non-retryable: Client errors (4xx), asset not found, insufficient balance
Recovery Strategies:
- Max 3 retry attempts with exponential backoff
- Circuit breaker prevents cascade failures
- Enhanced error context with recovery metadata
