you have intelligence because i have tested using static ARP entries to defend my pc from Elmocut in my lab and found that Elmocut isnt like other ARPspoofers like MRcutter , Netcut etc , those ARPspoofers cant attack a device with static ARP entries (because it tells them "i will only receive packets from a particular mac address and gateway only and reject others") while Elmocut doesnt do only ARP attacks , it also does Deauthentication attacks , this is crazy and cant be stopped except the real network Administrator . you are very helpful but this tool has much power without how it can be defended .
