Missing container image of releases

In addition to releasing the elm compiler binary, it would be helpful if there were a container images of elm releases.

This could be useful (for example) when compiling elm code in CI/CD pipelines.

The imagines could be hosted in some registry; for example, GHCR, DockerHub or some other public resource.
