Filter selection on index page is lost

Describe the bug
Filter selection is lost after navigating to error page and back.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. open Error Tracker,
2. in the right-most dropdown, select "Unresolved" to show only un-resolved errors,
3. click on any error to open error page,
4. click "Back to the dashboard"

Expected behavior
Filter selection is preserved and only un-resolved errors show up.

Additional context
When working on squashing bugs, at all times I need to see a list of only unresolved bugs. This is especially useful when working on an app with several pages of errors in Error Tracker.
