- use spotlight mode
- someone has a long name
- they raise their hand

What did you expect?
raising the hand is in the opposite corner of the pane. it does not need to influence the available space for the name.
What happened instead?
width of the name shrinks to only 2 letters and an ellipsis (e.g. Ma...) while the hand is raised
