Video feed popped to "visible" area but was hidden by UI elements

Steps to reproduce

1. In a large video call
2. Someone whose video feed was not visible started speaking

Outcome

What did you expect?

To be able to see the speaker.

What happened instead?

The speaker's video appeared on the screen, but it was hidden by UI elements.

This happens because the Grid component uses this simplified formula for calculating the visible area height:

The footer is not accounted for.
