Compilation on Linux

Dear Mesh2splat devs!

I tried compiling the program on Ubuntu 22.04 with gcc, and there were a few problems, which can be solved quite easily. Afterwards the program seems usable. I thought I'll upload the changes, maybe it helps. I didn't sort out input dir / export path strings, but file handling worked if I wrote a concrete path string. Also most of the problems were with the lack of uppercase/lowercase consistency in includes.
