RTL language support

This is a question not an issue. Are RTL languages supported? If not, is this feature on your roadmap?

Issue #3960 and exploration in #3992 cover our thoughts and exploration to date around RTL languages. It's something we'd like to support, but do not have time to properly address it unless it were to become a higher priority. If anyone is interested in contributing toward RTL support we'd be happy to have the help.
