Weird "add album to playlist" behavior when using mopidy-spotify as mpd server

I can easily browse artists on spotify, get a list of albums of any artists, but when I try to add the album to playlist, for example "American Music" from Quatuor Diotima, it adds multiple tracks that are not in the album, some of which are frome other albums with American Music in their name, some seem completelt unrelated.
