Outcome

Evaluate HandBrake as a bounded transform adapter while keeping temporal video decomposition and reconstruction responsibilities in Aniflow.

Scope

• Implement the work owned by egohygiene/renderflow that is necessary to deliver this outcome.
• Coordinate cross-repository work through the dependencies below; do not copy sibling implementations into this repository.
• Keep unrelated refactors, mutable cross-repository source dependencies, and secret material outside this issue.

Acceptance criteria

• Document which video transforms Renderflow may own
• Define typed presets, resource bounds, progress, cancellation, and provenance
• Avoid shell interpolation and unbounded output
• Prove compatibility with Flow contracts and Aniflow-owned temporal workflows
