As an administrator, I want to view and monitor the system message queue organized across different tabs (scheduled, due, muted) to oversee the status of communications.
Steps to reproduce
- Log in as an administrator.
- Click on the Message Queue left navigation menu.
- Navigate between the tabs: Scheduled, Due, Muted Future, Muted Past.
- Review the messages in each tab and their status.
Acceptance Criteria
✓ The user can navigate to the Message Queue page.
✓ The page shows four tabs: Scheduled, Due, Muted Future, Muted Past.
✓ The Scheduled tab shows messages that are scheduled to be sent.
✓ The Due tab shows messages whose send date has passed.
✓ The Muted Future tab shows future muted messages.
✓ The Muted Past tab shows past muted messages.
✓ Each tab shows the corresponding message list with relevant information.
✓ Pagination is supported for long message lists.
