Forms: Artifact lines when scrolling at specific monitor zooms (with monitor-specific scaling enabled)

• I verified I can reproduce this issue against latest Integration Build of Eclipse SDK

Description

The forms editor shows artifact lines when scrolling of used on specific monitor zooms (e.g., 175%) when using swt.autoScale=quarter, such as being enabled by default on Windows when "monitor-specific scaling" is enabled.

Steps to reproduce

From a fresh installation and clean workspace:

• Ensure that "monitor-specific scaling" is enabled
• Set primary monitor zoom to 175%
• Open any forms editor, e.g., by creating a plug-in project and opening the manifest
• Scroll inside the forms editors

It is easiest to reproduce when scrolling slowly, such as when dragging the scrollbar with the mouse.

Tested under this environment:

• OS & version: Windows 11
• Eclipse IDE/Platform version (as shown in Help > About): I20250520-0230
• Java version: Temuring 21.0.6.+7
