Protocol incompatibilities #2

Hi,
I own a Keymaze 500 (Quechua) but the protocol seems to be different to what expected. For example, the info header (INFO_FMT) is '12s17s11sBBxBxBxBxB4xbBB16x' (without 13x padding) while the catalog entry (TP_CAT_FMT) is 54 bytes long instead of 31. There could easily be other incompatibilities, as I stopped to investigate further.
Is anybody aware of these differences? Maybe a firmware upgrade is needed (or was not needed)?
