Just a little advice :)

Currently, tomlkt doesn't seem to be able to set a comment for a dynamical property? Because it's not possible to mark the TomlComment annotation for dynamic value, maybe something like Him188/yamlkt#35 would be good?

Same requirements as yamlkt, that the parser needs to recognise comments and related properties. This might be difficult because TomlFileParser is agnostic to the actual type.

You can spam commentXXX: String properties to make it look like comments, but that's weird looking too. TomlElements are just data without a single comment as well as annotation.
