Polling frequency and max history spinners don't load defaults properly #1
When launching the settings dialog, the Gtk.Adjustments will (seemingly arbitrarily) load values of 0 (unset) or 1 (the minimum) instead of 100/1000 (the defaults) or the values from last run.
