Weird looking loading bar

it's because \b is used in src/progress.cpp. I believe we shouldn't use this character, because it has weird behavior in many environments like seen here. I'm not sure what is more commonly used for progress bars currently; I don't think it's important behavior for us. Maybe just reporting how long it takes to read 1, 10, 100 ... frames is enough for a user to get a feel that it's working and for them to estimate how long until it's finished.
