Clean up platform dependent code

Since some last merges to master, it now sports a lot of code of daily use, but tied to some platform or external feature.

- The hardware remote controllers are already moved to subdirectorys
- The `run_*` scripts however are platform dependent, they are tied to unixoid systems, and further optimized doing some special things for running remotely on the Shield TV platform

What to do about?
