Being notified for changes in the release infrastructure

We should think of a way to make sure we are receiving updates when someone makes a change to the staging or release pipeline
Some changes require rethinking our tasks connected to the release infrastructure, for example adding new stages: https://dev.azure.com/dnceng/internal/_git/dotnet-release/pullrequest/29840
It'd be good to be notified for those changes
