Feature Request: BAR should have channel descriptions

BAR should have the ability to add a description for a channel, so that we can document what various channels should be used for.

Small request here: Could the canonical description include the main associated feeds e.g. mention that the .NET 6 channel corresponds to the dotnet6-transport feed❔ I know this is nuanced w/ some packages eventually getting to dotnet6 as well, but this would be a start. For example, I never remember what feed gets transport packages in the General Testing channel.
