i switched sources again, some channels may be unstable but the majority of them should be online

I've been noticing a few channels that cache dump if you don't have catchup and inputstream adaptive settings applied precisely with the new cacheing in Piers-Kv22. There were a few cURL issues that they took care of in recent nightlies. B2 has been a real PITA for them, so I'm waiting to see what magic they are working on with Team K. There are still multiple channels down, but it's getting a lot better. Still not sure of the European ARs and FPS for US streams. Guessing they are refactoring that for Euroland? Piers doesn't care, and refactors for US playback based on display CEC.
