When i pull this docker/welcome-to-docker it shows this error
(HTTP code 500) server error - error from registry: failed to resolve reference "docker.io/docker/welcome-to-docker:latest": failed to authorize: failed to fetch oauth token: unexpected status from GET request to https://auth.docker.io/token?scope=repository%3Adocker%2Fwelcome-to-docker%3Apull&service=registry.docker.io: 401 Unauthorized

Are you still able to reproduce this? I tried pulling the image, and it looks to be working now, but I see that there was an incident yesterday on Docker Hub, so it's possible you tried to pull the image during that time;
