[BUG] url mapping not working properly

Describe the bug
The open in GitHub i.e. the o command seems to replace the repo name by the parent directory name. Resulting in parDir/repo/pull/#. I believe this only included in the new release. The feature use to work before started showing this after I upgraded to version 4.16.0

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to gh dash
2. Click on o to open any of the PR listed.
3. Check the resulting URL that is generated by gh dash.
