"LGTM" in approval.

By default when you press 'v' to approve a PR it puts "LGTM" in the comments section.
Is there any way to completely remove that default text, or change its value?
I didn't see any way in the config to do this.

This default prefilled comment is not currently configurable, but I've submitted a change in this PR to allow it to be changed in configuration: #550

This PR has been merged. After the next release (> 4.13.0) or building from source, you will be able to configure the default message (or set it to an empty string) with the defaults.prApproveComment config.

One comment, on windows, i upgraded with :
gh extension upgrade dash
[dash]: upgraded from v4.9.1 to v4.15.0

My config file at C:\Users\Username\.config\gh-dash\config.yml (%USERPROFILE%\.config\gh-dash\config.yml) which I had never edited/looked at before. It did not have an entry for defaults.prApproveComment. I added one, and it used the value I specified though.

I dont know if the intended behaviour is to have that value pre-filled with LGTM or not in the yaml config.
