use in a non cloud foundry environment

G'day,

We are deploying all our applications and services to EC2 using BOSH and now have a need for Postgresql. I'm trying to understand how suitable this release might be for a non cloud foundry project like ours.

Is there a way to deploy this Postgres release and define PG users + databases in the BOSH deployment up front rather than have them provisioned via the CF broker afterward?
Or do you think this could be feasible/sensible as a BOSH errand?

Appreciate any thoughts you might have.

To your first question: currently that isn't supported. To your second question: I think a BOSH errand would be a reasonable solution to this and we'd likely accept a PR.
