Official docker image for self-hosting

The only documented way to self-host Digger is via binary; which means that users who'd want to run it as a container will need to build their own docker image.

We need to provide an official public docker image for Digger, or perhaps even helm chart

For this issue are you suggesting one to create a Dockerfile for the whole project for the docker image and also create a helm chart.
I wanted to clarify first as i may be interested in this issue
