Should `ds-icon-size` become a design-token?

We introduced a variable in our CSS package for controling size #4971.

Should we elevate ds-icon-size variable to a design-token so that it can be used in Figma also?

We need to do consider pro/cons before deciding. Either way we need a way for designers to change icon sizes in their file. I think we should wait until we are done with color changes in Figma before we start on this one.
