Cut Pack in multi pack to help for personalization

As a < type of user >, I want < some goal > so that < some reason >
Hellos, this global selection is very great, but to help for perzonalisation, when projet is cloning the settings of the devonfw , it could be great to cut this selection in thematick pack : maybe by technology (java, angular, ....) and one or some generic theme alongside.

What do you think ?

I fully agree.
See devonfw/ide#982 - this extension pack is so much overblown with other extensions that the installation takes to long and causes a timeout during the automated installation.
A long time ago we already got the general feedback from our users that they want to have opt-in rather than opt-out.
The approach of this extension-pack is IMHO too greedy and splitting it up would be helpful.
