Option for export of anonymous results #1325
Description
We removed the option to order by candidate number in #1280:
Remove the option to «Order by:
candidate number» since the candidate numbers aren't displayed (nor should they be)
A few of our courses do however present corner cases where displaying the candidate number would be beneficial, primarily when dealing with export of home exam results from Devilry to other systems.
Suggested solution (work-in-progress)
If candidate number is set for one or more student, course (and not semester) administrators should have the option to generate an export of "Anonymous results" (working title). The menu for this should be an displayed as a button next to «Qualified for final exams».
Similar to Qualified for final exams, the export it creates should be the result of the course administrator selecting a set of assignments.
The list should have options for displaying candidate number, username and/or first + last name so the administrator can choose for example to only display candidate number and the selected assignments' results.
