IKEA Vindriktning conversion with B1.5 hw revision

First of all, thanks for the project!

I'd like some clarification on soldering instructions as the 1.5 board is a bit confusing:

1. Where is the B1 pin here? I suppose, in the center, as in rev. 1.4 but the markings are too close to each other

2. Which 2 pins should be detached? on the UART display chip or on the front/back of the board itself?
