Johnny 5 Has To Be Reminded Twice To Not Delete Channels

Johnny 5 requires too much input to not delete channels and has to be told twice to not delete channels.

We're hoping a restart fixes this.

@agarzola recommended that it could be due to it taking too long to respond (Slack doesn't like that) check for blocking during request.
