Issue faced when using Maximumlikelihood msm

Hi @clonker I faced this issue while creating a maximum likelihood msm is there any way around it ?

RuntimeError: Stationary distribution contains entries smaller than 0.000000 during iteration

This means that there is some states which are very very unlikely to be visited. Could also be something with the reversibility. I suggest you look at the state transitions and subselect the count matrix to states which actually contribute to the dynamics :)
